The Development of Hyperspectral Remote Sensing and Its Threatening to Military Equipments

Hyperspectral remote sensing has the advantages of spectroscopic analysis and imaging,identifying targets with special spectrum and bringing new threaten to military equipments.The rationale of Hyperspectral remote rensing and the development of instruments are introduced,the advantages of Hyperspectral remote sensing in military detection,camouflage distinguishing and hot infrared detection are analyzed.It is pointed out that the green camouflaged targets on woodland can be found by special spectrum identification.Hyperspectral remote sensing can measure the true temperature and emissivity in hot infrared.The camouflage technique and equipments in existence can not meet the request of hyperspectral remote sensing camouflage.
