Local intelligent controller for high precision magnet power supply

A kind of local intelligent controller with CAN bus for BEPCII (Beijing Electron Positron Collider) magnet power supplies is implemented. 18 bit D/A converter AD760 sends the current setting value and 24 bit A/D converter is used to convert the read back current value. The principle of software and hardware design is simply analyzed and test data for the prototype of power supplies is presented which proves the feasibility and rationality of the design.
