Phase recovery using a twin-pulsed addition fringe pattern in ESPI

We present experimental results of a fringe processing method to obtain the phase of a twin-pulsed addition Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry (ESPI) fringe pattern. The fringe pattern is enhanced by means of a digital filter followed by a phase-demodulation method based on Bayesian regularization theory. With this process a single pattern with arbitrary phase maps of sinusoidal profile can be demodulated. We illustrate its validity with a single pattern of closed loops.
