Rationale IT-Investitionsentscheidungen: Hürden und Hilfsmittel

Investitionen in Informationstechnologie (IT) haben in einigen Fallen zu grosen Enttauschungen gefuhrt. Erwartete Produktivitatssteigerungen wurden nicht erreicht, Kunden kauften weiter nur im Einzelhandel und die Einfuhrung der neuen Supply-Chain-Software war mit ungeahnt hohen Kosten verbunden und verfehlte so die angestrebte Verzinsung der Investition. Und das alles, obwohl die Technologie einwandfrei funktionierte.
