An Analysis of the Toll Rate of Curb Parking in Guanqian District of Suzhou

As to the unreasonable charge for curb parking and high saturation but low turnover of parking berth in Guanqian district of Suzhou,based on the survey practical and statistical analysis of the questionnaire for curb parking in Guanqian district,the paper presents the charge purposes and pricing basis and parkers' tolerance of the charge.According to the discussion of the toll rate of the curb parking through the accepted tolerance function,the toll rate obtained here is consistent with the practical data in the survey,which indicates that the function can be used to compute reasonably the toll rate of the curb parking in central business district of the city.
