Design and simulation of temperature control system based on Fuzzy Adaptive PID control

A Fuzzy Adaptive PID(FA-PID) control algorithm is proposed aiming at the characteristics of nonlinearity and pure lag of temperature control system.Then the simulation models are created in Simulink toolbox of Matlab for simulation comparison experiment of traditional PID control,Fuzzy control and FA-PID control.Simulation result shows FA-PID is better than the others in overshoot,settling time and it has better adaptability and stability,which can improve performance index and control precision of temperature control system.
