Functional cardiovascular ultrasound imaging: Quantification of plaque vulnerability and cardiac function

With ultrasound strain imaging, the function of tissue and organs can be identified. The technique uses multiple images, acquired from tissue under different degrees of deformation. We developed techniques for cardiovascular applications.
