In the process of machining the micro hole by the electric spark, the micro hole is divided into N sections according to the depth of the micro hole, wherein N is more than or equal to 1, upper and lower limit discharge (machining) time is set for each section; the upper and lower limit discharge (machining) time value consists of experimental statistical discharge time, upper limit allowance time, and lower limit allowance time; and when any one of the N sections of actual discharge time does not meet the requirement of the upper and lower limit discharge (machining) time, work stops and an alarm is given. The value of the experimental statistical discharge time is determined in a statistical way according to the experimental measurement relationship between the depth value of the micro hole and the discharge time value; and in the method, by limiting the machining time at certain machining depth, the change of a plurality of technological parameters during electromachining can be monitored so as to eliminate the abnormality. Therefore, the machining quality of micro hole is effectively improved.
