Electrothermal atomic absorption determination of total aluminium (including zeolite type a) in waters and waste waters

Abstract A previous procedure involving sample homogenization (where necessary) followed by direct electrothermal atomic absorption determination of aluminium is extended to accommodate the presence of an aluminosilicate, zeolite type A, used as a detergent builder, in sewage, sewage sludge, water or waste-water samples.
