Safety Control Model Based on Human-Factor Behavior of the Complex Socio-Technical System

To get the effective control of nuclear power plant, aviation, chemistry and petroleum industry,with the organizational behavior theory and subject, the safety control model based on human factor behavior of the complex socio technical system was studied. From the relation of the single,the group and the framework,a twifold model was set up. The factor of human was considered, and the human being is significant for the control of complex socio technical system especially the emergency.
