Study based on Verilog power regulator control of coal electrostatic precipitor

Aiming at the characteristics such as low reaction efficiency,long design period,and poor security of the power system in traditional coal-type electrostatic precipitator,this paper has designed a set of voltage-regulating systems on the basis of the power of Verilog electrostatic precipitator.This working power supply system utilizes LC component,silicon rectifying bridge,and set-up transformer,to reach to the working voltage of the dust precipitator.By adopting the electronic design automation technology,the feedback system completes the design through hardware description language,and completes the on-site commissioning of the control chip on the simulation platform.When the voltage is larger than the critical voltage,the continuous steady flow can be maintained through changing the quantity of L-C component parts.Through test and examination,it determines that: this control system can accurately feedback the change of voltage signal for dust precipitator,and its feedback features faster response,higher accuracy,and better control ability.Meanwhile,its capacity of resisting disturbance is better than other control systems.
