Research advances in microwave and millimeter wave circuits and systems in the SKLMMW

In this invited talk, the research advances in microwave and millimeter wave circuits and systems in the State Key Laboratory of Millimeter Waves (SKLMMW) of the Southeast University are reviewed, including substrate integrated passive components, microwave and millimeter wave integrated circuits (ICs) with GaAs and CMOS processes, as well as the MIMO wireless communication systems, phased array D-TV receiving system, imaging system, measurement instruments and the newly proposed Chinese millimeter wave communication standard Q-LINKPAN etc.
