Dot Inversion 방식을 사용한 WQVGA급 LDI의 Source Driver 설계

This paper presents a design of the source driver for WQVGA-scale LCD Driver IC using the dot inversion method. The source driver consists of three blocks; a reference voltage generator block, a grayscale voltage generator block, a source line block. A circuit of the source driver has been designed in transistor level using 0.18㎛ CMOS technology and has been verified using Hspice.
