Research & Development of Mesh Belt Continuous Gas Carburizing Furnace Group

A new research development of continuous gas carburizing furnace is described.The mesh belt of this furnace use bracket roll transmiting type.Resistance of mesh belt is decreased and service life of mesh belt is raised in this way.At the same time,stepless frequence conversion velocity regulator is applied in this furnace,which make velocity of mesh belt adjust continuously.Physical and chemical method in gas control is applied,which avoid water vapor intrudes furnace chamber,make carbon potential wave in range of ±0.03%.According to detection method of nationalstandard GB9452 88,temperature uniformity is ±2.3℃ in effective heating zone of this furnace.Test run in several months proved that this equipment has stability of performance,reliability of running,high quality of production.Request of manufacture could be satisfied.
