As for a vector control system of a permanent magnet synchronous motor, this paper analyzes the influence of dead-time on output voltage in detail, and discusses the relationship between the position of output voltage vector and the direction of three-phase current in a space vector figure. In addition, a method of dividing three-phase current into six regions and a control strategy that compensates only one phase voltage in every region are proposed in the paper. The proposed scheme can acquire the direction of three-phase current judging by the position of output voltage, and it avoids the phenomenon of several zero-crossing in current sampling. At last, experiments which are uncompensated and compensated are carrier out with a TMS320F240, and the results verify this method has a good compensation effect.
