Recent Progress In Mobile Robot Harunobu(2) - Moving Obstacle Detection And Mobile Robot Application

This paper proposes real time detection methods for moving vehicles and pedestrians affecting the navigation of a mobile robot. The method is based on a locomotion strategy known as sign pattern-based stereotyped motion.
