원전 조직 및 인적 특성요인 분석을 위한 동태적 시뮬레이션 연구

The recent domestic and overseas nuclear power plant-related incidents and accidents are directly or indirectly associated with safety culture, and thus effective plans for the improvement of safety culture are being called for. While the safety of a nuclear power plant is highly dependent upon technology and equipment, the utilization, maintenance and inspection of the technology and equipment are conducted by employees of the nuclear power plant. Therefore, it is a very critical task to analyze the effects of human activities within a nuclear power plant on the safety of the nuclear power plant, and work out countermeasures; and human behaviors analysis and simulation hold important positions among others. Hence, this study will consider the effects of individual, team, and organizational characteristics factors and behaviors on the safety culture of a nuclear power plant; and, as for its methodology of simulation analysis, it will present the system dynamics approach and cases of its application. On the basis thereof, it will grope for the direction of future simulation research methodology.
