An automotive generator rotor claw pole optimization method

The present invention discloses an automobile generator rotor claw pole optimization method, for automobile structural parameters claw pole generator to increase the efficiency and to optimize the design strength of the beam and the like as targets, each claw pole structure parameters obtained. Finally target system optimization for the two design objectives, to optimize the overall performance of the motor, the claw poles to obtain the final optimized structure parameters, to complete the design process optimization. The method of the present invention to achieve the object of both electromagnetic properties and mechanical properties of the motor of the motor, improve the operating performance of the motor.
