Convergence ball of a modified secant method for finding zero of derivatives

Under the hypotheses that second order derivatives of function f is Lipschitz continuous, estimate of the radius of the convergence ball of a modified secant method to find a zero of derivatives of function f is obtained, error analysis is given which matches with the convergence order of the modified secant method.
