EXTRACTION OF ZINC CONCENTRATES UNDER OXYGEN STRESSING AND ACID LEACHING

The condition of oxygen stressing and acid leaching for zinc concentrates was studied and the experiment result shows that when the acidity of sulfuric acid in final lixiviation liquid reaches 1.0mol/L after heating one hour under pressure of 1.7MPa and temperature of 140℃~155℃,the lixiviation rate of zinc and rare elements in zinc concentrates are 98.76%(Zn)、96.42%(Ga)、89.03%(Ge)、97.35%(In)、91.30%(Tl) respectively. The result shows that the method has a relatively high lixiviation rate and can eliminate pollution to the environment so it is promising in application.
