But it`s lack of the quality standard and the reliability by the country and is the standard which evades development and depends on overseas forward part traders for technical development. The automatic transmission attachment rate increases hydraulic control system for gear control of an automatic transmission by Customer Request as well as global market competitive power securement and market preceding acquisition through the import substitution effect by development this, so technical development to this field and technological growth are requested by a completed car and a close consortium. In this paper a solenoid valve (Variable force Solenoid valve, VFS) is an electronic control valve which receives a signal proportional to the control pressure from the shift control device of a power transfer system. By hydraulic pressure control solenoid valve in the automatic transmission is controlled by clutch and brake pressure of the automatic transmission shift is then performed. This paper attempts to develop a stable and optimized in consideration of the influence of the magnetic automatic transmission when developing such improved fuel economy, the magnetic structure of the solenoid valve in order to meet the speed and performance, such as design parameter, and verified through testing and evaluation.
