Method and system for generating report forms in Factory Talk View SE (site edition) configuration environment

The invention relates to a method and a system for automatically generating report forms in an upper computer of an industrial automatic control system, in particular to a method and a system for generating report forms in the Factory Talk View SE (site edition) configuration environment. Steps of data acquisition and report form generation include 1), establishing an access mechanism of real-time data in the Factory Talk View SE (site edition) configuration environment; 2) writing data of a data acquirer into a database of access through VBA (visual basic for application) codes; 3) establishing a trigger mechanism for recording and write-in database programs; and 4), reading ADO (active data object) communication from the Access to EXCEL by the VBA: generating an EXCEL report form template by means of the VBA codes and reading content of the Access database into the EXCEL sheet. The system comprises a distributed server, a distributed controller, a central processing unit, a data acquirer and a data acquisition terminal, wherein the distributed server is connected with the distributed controller and used for storing, analyzing and computing various production data of an assembly line and generating the report forms, and accordingly provides database support for the method.
