THz transmission using QAM-16 and 32 Gbit/s on 25m

We investigate in this work THz transmission using photonic devices at emission and Schottky-based receivers. At 385 GHz and 25 meters distance, up to 32 Gbit/s signal have been achieved with a clearly defined constellations with a single THz carrier and polarization. The link established works in Line-of-sight and features a high directivity.
