Geometric surface patches without twist constraints

Abstract An interpolation scheme which assumes position values, derivatives and curvature values on the boundary of an arbitrary triangle is presented. The development of this interpolant is based upon univariate interpolation using a geometric Hermite-operator along line segments joining a vertex and a side.
