Acquisition method of laser-cladding scanning path for surface repair of free-form surface

The invention discloses an acquisition method of a laser-cladding scanning path for surface repair of a free-form surface. Only a contourgraph needs to be adopted to scan the free-form surface so as to acquire the feature point information of a plurality of surface feature points on the free-form surface and to acquire scanning data arrays; then the scanning data arrays are processed by MATLAB, and the positions of all single-channel center lines on the free-form surface and the feature point information of a plurality of discrete outline feature points on each single-channel center line are calculated accordingly to obtain single-channel data arrays; and finally, the single-channel data arrays are introduced into a path controller of laser-cladding equipment to automatically fit to form a single-channel curve track of each single-channel center line so as to realize laser-cladding process of the free-form surface. The acquisition method can quickly, effectively and precisely acquire the shape information of feature points on the free-form surface to further conveniently obtain the laser-cladding scanning path of the free-form surface, thereby providing great convenience for actual laser-cladding processing.
