Logistics customers and service agents share the service order and resource information in cloud-network system which can cause the collaborative operation, reduce costs and improve efficiency. This paper studies on the price determining model in intelligent system, which is important to the operation maintenance of logistics cloud-network system after the technical achievement. The paper studies on the determine model of undertake price and subcontract price in logistics cloud-network system, compares the profit in two kinds of situations through the establishment profit models of logistics service providers, network platform coordinators and the whole logistics network system, and brings out that effective pricing can promote the realization of Pareto improvement in both profit, which can ensure the coordinate operation of logistics cloud-network system stability. Rubin stein is used to determine the optimal Pareto cooperative pricing strategy. The result of the example verifies the effective of the pricing strategy.
