Apocrine Axillary Adenocarcinoma: An Aggressive Adnexal Tumor in Middle-Age Individuals.

Primary cutaneous apocrine adenocarcinoma (AA), also called apocrine-gland carcinoma, is a rare malignant cutaneous neoplasm that typically arises in areas of high apocrine gland density such as the axillae and the anogenital region. Apocrine axillary adenocarcinoma (AAA) has been reported as a distinct subtype of AA with predilection for the axilla in younger individuals. In older patients, the lesion is typically present for decades until biopsy.
