Analysis of neuron differentiation in the central nervous system by tritiated thymidine autoradiography

Recently H3-thymidine autoradiographic technique has been introduced by Uzman (’60), Miale et al. (’61), Sidman (’61) and DeLong et al. (’62) to study the histo-genesis of cerebellum, retina and superior colliculus of mice. The principle of the analytical studies using the H3-thymidine autoradiography is as follows
