효과적인 유지보수를 위한 도시철도 차량 제동시스템 RCM 분석

The operating organizations including Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit Corporation are constructing the reliability maintenance system and are lots of effort to get the system through maintenance politic for safety. It applied to SR001 system under developing and manufacturing by SMRT in the RAMS process and to the existing EMU in the RCM process base on 7 stages. This paper is to introduce the 7&8 line brake system applying SMRT"s RCM process. There are doing a lot of researches and studies in selecting incoming employees for the accomplishment of SMRT"s RCM process. We have done step by step the analysis of Reliability after establishing a standard of Reliability analysis stages. We make it code that presents the maintenance period and methods are connected with maintenance tasks to find failure modes. we have analyzed the failure pattern and the life of components through the analysis of operating data for eleven years. We are going to expand the analysis for primary system of EMU on the basis of a case study. It is required of active interests and participations of all those concerned in order that reliability analysis techniques are established by methodical data management and continuous RAMS activities.
