Extrusion molding method for wood-plastic right-angle section bars

The invention discloses an extrusion molding method for wood-plastic right-angle section bars, and relates to an extrusion method for section bars. The extrusion molding method aims to solve problems that a right-angle wood-plastic material cannot be formed at one step by existing extrusion equipment, and a right-angle structure of a wood-plastic section bar only can be formed by means of gluing and the like in an adhesion mode, so that the mechanical performance of the section bar is poor. The extrusion molding method includes steps of firstly, assembling an extrusion die; secondly, feeding raw materials into a fixed die, extruding the raw materials out via a movable die and forming a first right-angle edge along the movable die; thirdly, extruding the raw materials via the fixed die when the length of the first right-angle edge meets the requirement, performing extrusion molding for a second right-angle edge, moving a standby movable die to a starting position where the standby movable die is about to be abutted with the fixed die when the length of the second right-angle edge meets the requirement, enabling the fixed die to fall so that the section bar is cut off, separating the fixed die from the section bar, abutting the standby movable die with the fixed die and moving the movable die to the abutting starting position for standby; and fourthly, abutting the standby movable die with the fixed die, and repeating the second step and the third step to realize continuous production. The extrusion molding method is used for one-step extrusion molding for the wood-plastic right-angle section bars.
