Dynamic operation of flexi-grid OFDM-based networks

Routing in dynamic OFDM-based optical networks by simultaneous optimization of allocated spectrum and transponder reach is proven beneficial when flexi-grid technology is used regarding blocking performance and spectral efficiency when compared to standard-grid counterpart.
