EMC Index Establishment for the Communication System of Industrial Robot Servo System

Modern communication has been showing the trend of broadband, mobile, miniaturization and integration. The research of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of the communication system has become an important part of communication system research. For the development of large scale communication system for industrial robot servo system, EMC index system must be programmatic requirements according to the system requirements and the first task set, the application layer index task demand constraint is the overall goal of the system design, the construction process should meet top quantitative design ideas and design index of technical constraints; under the condition of specific elements is to ensure that the system design, through analysis and evaluation of concrete, in order to ensure the overall EMC index is reasonable and feasible. The construction technology of the index system combining the two is the main point of the practical research of EMC. In view of the traditional EMC index system involves only the system design index and the lack of outstanding problems in system applications, the system design and application of comprehensive consideration, put forward new ideas for constructing the system refers to the standard of EMC of communication system based on layered mapping for industrial robot servo system, the top-down construction of index decomposition with the bottom-up evaluation index verification by combining closed-loop parameters of feedback, to fill the gaps in the application of communication system EMC performance index.
