Test System of Anti-gravity Casting Mould Filling Process Based on USB 2. 0 Interface

This paper describes the design and implementation of the communication interface of the anti-gravity casting mould filling process test system based on USB 2. 0. The system uses Cypress' s EZ-USB FX2 series devices CY7C68013A as the main controller which support USB 2. 0 high-speed transmission,to construct peripheral data acquisition circuit structures for fast transmission of data collection. And compared to the communication interface methods using standard serial interface,the system has advantages of high data transfer rate,real-time and high accuracy.
