Explosion-proof and intrinsic safety frequency conversion motor

The invention relates to a frequency conversion and speed control technology of a scraper conveyer and a coal plough, in particular to an explosion-proof and intrinsic safety frequency conversion motor in a coal mine. The explosion-proof and intrinsic safety frequency conversion motor is provided with a frequency converter and a motor, wherein the frequency converter and the motor are positioned in an explosion-proof casing, the frequency converter is fixed above the motor, and the output end of the frequency converter is connected with the motor and transfers a three-phase power supply for the motor for the rotation. In the invention, the motor and the frequency converter are reasonably combined together and positioned in the explosion-proof casing, which overcomes the interference to external devices from higher harmonics in the output process of the frequency converter and shortens the interference influence range to the interior of the device. The explosion-proof and intrinsic safety frequency conversion motor has smaller size and convenient use, is directly connected with a load, adopts a water-cooled radiating mode and can realize the terminal control and the communication control. The invention is especially suitable for frequency conversion and speed control of the high-power scraper conveyer in the coal mine and can solve the problems of starting, synchronization, speed control, overload treatment, and the like of driving motors at two ends of the scraper conveyer.
