평판 유리에서 진동 형상에 의한 절단면의 거동

Recently, we are interested in PDP, which can be easy to be made a big screen, in display market. Display principles are different from each other. but main parts consist of two flat glasses that are upper and below flat glasses. Glass cutting process is very hard to cut various screen sizes consumers want. Those factors can be the reasons to make products price high because of damage of impulses and inferior goods of glass particles during glass cutting process. Therefore, we need a new cutting process to improve cutting methods and products quality. In this study, we compare three cutting methods such as a diamond wheel that is a mechanical method, both a diamond wheel and an applied vibration wheel method, and just a vibration method on a flat glass. we observed vertical cracks and cracks depth with fractography.
