과전류계전기를 고려한 초전도 전류제한기 적용위치에 따른 임피던스 비교 분석

The fault current has been increased due to the introduction of the larger transformer by larger power demand in the distribution system. To protect the power system effectively from the increased fault current by changing the transformer, the superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL) has been notified. However, the limited fault current by SFCL affects the operational characteristics of the overcurrent relay. Therefore, the impedance for the SFCL is considered to keep overcurrent relay's protective coordination with the SFCL. In this paper, the impedance of SFCL was investigated and compared with installed SFCL's location in power distribution system.
