Analysis and Improvement of Production Line Based on the Value Stream Mapping

Based on the production line of V3 in Y factory,a present state graph was drawn by using value stream mapping tech- nique,and the problem which restricts the production was found out in light of some basic methods of lean production and industrial engineering.The production line was improved by rearranging production,combining procedure and pulling prod(?)ction based on lean principles,a future state chart was drawn which can help the factory to make the future improvement decisions.It can increase eco- nomic benefits through the production process.
