Research on the high sensitive control method for servo system with neural network

A certain guiding system, adopting a servo system based on BLDCM, requires high sensitivity which is hard to reach by general control algorithm. A control method with neural network is proposed in order to meet the request. On the basis of the dual closed-loop, the method compensates the friction torque and adjusts the PID parameters in real time. The simulated and experimental results both show that the sensitivity and performance of the servo system can be improved significantly by this method.
