PURPOSE: A robot hand and a humanoid robot including the same are provided to precisely control a plurality of joints by adjusting the bending angle of the plurality of joints using a torque limiter. CONSTITUTION: A robot hand includes a base part(560), finger units, a plurality of link units(610, 620, 630), a plurality of joints(710, 720), a power transmitting units and a torque limiter(900). The base part includes actuators. The finer units are installed in the base part. The link units are installed in the finger unit. The joints connect the link units. The power transmitting units receive the power of the actuators and interlock the joints. The torque limiter is installed in one of joints. The torque limiter limits the bending of one joint and interlocks other joint to the one joint.
