Helicobacter pylori Eradication Therapy May Facilitate Gastric Ulcer Healing After Endoscopic Mucosal Resection: A Prospective Randomized Study

Background and Aim:  It remains unclear whether Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy affects the healing rate of iatrogenic ulcers following endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) for gastric tumors. The aim of our study was to prospectively evaluate the effect of H. pylori eradication therapy on gastric ulcer healing after EMR.
