Respiratory and Hemodynamic Changes in Patients with Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Hypertension 1 Year after Pulmonary Endarterectomy

要 旨：慢性血栓塞栓性肺高血圧症(CTEPH)に対する血栓内膜摘除術後1年の呼吸循環動態を検討した。当科で手術を受けた112例のうち1年後に当科検査入院し得た60例を対象とした。平均肺動脈圧，肺血管抵抗は術後有意に低下し，術後1年では良好な値を維持していた。動脈血酸素分圧も術後有意に上昇し，術後1年では更に上昇がみられた。CTEPH症例の術後1年では呼吸循環動態の改善した状態は継続しており，動脈血酸素分圧は更なる改善がみられた。
