COGNITIVE ASPECTS OF FAULT-FINDING TRAINING AND TRANSFER*

Article divise en trois parties : 1) une taxinomie des strategies en matiere de diagnostic de panne est d'abord developpee a partir des conceptions de Rasmussen : la strategie de depannage y est definie par deux dimensions qui sont la nature de l'information et le processus psychologique en jeu ; 2) discussion d'une etude de cas de depannage dans une acierie ; 3) discussion des donnees sur des strategies de depannage de type structural, les effets de la formation theorique et les exigences de transfert dans une perspective psychologique.
