Computer Aided Design of Hydraulic System

Abstract This artical deals with the application of CAD method in the design of hydraulic system. The system here used is a domestic complete set of CAD equipment. A set of CAHSD1 application software is compiled, which can display images of various hydraulic elements, units and systems and the primary technical parameters on the screen. The transient response to a step input or a pulse input could be obtained with input of structural parameters of hydraulic servo system. Images and datum obtained could be modified at real-time and finally transfered to the plotter. Acoording to the basic demand of dynamic character and working precision of hydraulic profiling cutter saddle, the objective function is made and a set of application software CAHSD2 of optimization design is compiled by optimization method. The dynamic target is based on Time Dommain Analysis. Flexible Polygon Search method is used to optimize structural parameters of the saddle. The results so far obtained are within reasonable range. The parameters of a high-precision hydraulic profiling cuttle saddle are also in this range. So the optimization design has produced a practical reference value, it also can be used in similar hydraulic servo systems.
