The invention relates to a wind/solar hybrid generation system net-connected controller and a change-over switch switching method thereof, belonging to the technical field of wind power and solar net-connected generation. The wind/solar hybrid generation system net-connected controller comprises a photovoltaic array, a wind generating set, a maximum power tracking circuit, a fan unloading circuit, a direct-current/alternating-current inverter circuit and a control circuit, wherein the control circuit comprises a singlechip microcomputer, a DSP (Digital Signal Processor), a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) driving circuit, an SPWM (Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation) driving circuit and a serial port communication module; the net-connected controller also comprises a change-over switch circuit; the control circuit also comprises a latch, a digital/analog conversion chip, a data selector, an analog/digital conversion chip, a decoder and a circuit breaker driving circuit. The net-connected controller disclosed by the invention has the advantages of integrated whole structure, simpleness in operation, greatly-reduced design cost, good universality, strong anti-jamming capability of an acquisition module and considerable economic benefit and capabilities of avoiding loss of extra circuits and devices, efficiently measuring and precisely displaying data and ensuring better, efficient and high-quality electric quantity conversion and resource utilization of the system.
