Behavior of neural network MPPT technique on a PV system operating under variable load and irradiation

Maximization of the power of a photovoltaic system is essential to optimize the production of photovoltaic energy. Several studies have been conducted in recent years, developing efficient methods for photovoltaic power maximization. Among these methods we distinguish the intelligent control methods based on artificial learning such as artificial neural networks. In this paper we treated this method as a control method of the photovoltaic system. In our study we tested the ability of this control method under different irradiance and load variations impact. Then we showed the performances of the neural network method to optimize the system response on despite of the variations that may arise in any time.
