PUBLICATION IN THE JOURNAL

To ensure a reasonable measure of uniformity of presentation of papers published in this Journal, without however seeking to attain rigid standardization, authors are requested to prepare their manuscripts according to certain specified principles; preparation in this way would also help to minimize publication delays. Particular attention should be given to layout of papers and to use of standard abbreviations.
