PURPOSE: A haptic feedback actuator, haptic feedback device, and electronic device are provided to obtain vibration according to a various band frequency by connecting a display panel with a vibration plate which an actuator is included. CONSTITUTION: A vibration plate(50) is provided to a single-side of a haptic device an vibration is transferred. An actuator(60) is included in the vibration plate and generates vibration according to a contact pressure change of the haptic device. A damper(40) is included in a single-side of the vibration plate and reduce deviation of vibration generated from the actuator. The damper controls a spring constant and a damping coefficient to controls a vibration amount. The damper includes at least one between a rubber and a sponge.
