Photonic crystal with diamond-like structure fabricated by holographic lithography

Photonic crystal with diamond-like structure, which exists a large absolute band gap and at lower refractive index contrast of n/spl ges/2.05 is enough to open a complete band gap, was fabricated by holographic lithography.
