Main Threats of Environmental Safety in China and Countermeasures in the View of Nontraditional Security

The concepts of environmental safety are arranged in order and the current main threats of environmental safety in China are cited such as environmental pollution,resources shortage,ecological destruction and frequent environmental emergencies,etc.The countermeasures are put forward in the view of nontraditional security that the issue of environmental safety must be brought into the national security strategies,adhering to the point of sustainable development,improving the legal system of environmental safety,establishing the mechanism of public participation in environmental safety and public policy evaluation,improving the management system and meeting the emergencies of environmental pollution.The suggestions are realistically necessary for decision-making departments to be aware of the threats of environmental safety and seek the solutions.
