A Low-Cost Color Interpolation Method for CCD Digital Still Camera

In this paper, we propose an excellent color interpolation method for color filter array format. Simulation results show that our method obtain satisfactory image quality on real-world image. The proposed method also has a very simply computational structure, and proves to be a good candidate for low-cost hardware interpolator.
